BAS Management was founded as Broward Adjustment Services in 1947 and has been serving its clients continuously since that time.

The original owner retired in 1968 and sold BAS to a group that included Mr. John France. The new owners incorporated the business and it became Broward Adjustment Services, Inc. on June 6, 1968.

Mr. France eventually became the sole owner of BAS and his son joined the company after graduation from college. Mr. Ronald France supervised the transition of the company into the computer age with one of the first paperless systems in Florida. Broward Adjustment Services continued to evolve and began to participate more in the Revenue Cycle of its clients.

Mr. France became CEO of Broward Adjustment Services, Inc. in 1996 and the company is now assisting its clients in all phases of the revenue cycle from Billing, Insurance follow up, Extended Business Office Services, to Bad Debt and Secondary Collection services.

In 2015, Broward Adjustment Services, Inc. decided to re-brand itself with a name that more accurately identifies with the many services it provides and filed the Fictitious Name of BAS MANAGEMENT with the State of Florida.
